Services Policy

Please be aware of the following policies when scheduling or preparing for an appointment
A major credit card is required to guarantee your appointment reservation.  Please help us by arriving 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your service.  All guests must be at least 13 years of age (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.)  If you arrive late for your appointment we will not give a time extension or monetary compensation. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the facility so that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes

Cancellation Policy
Change of Appointment Status:
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a single service appointment.  For multiple treatments or packages, 48 hours notice is required.

No Show Policy: No-Shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a full charge for the service the appointment was booked for. No exceptions will be made.

No children under 12: To maintain a safe environment for everyone, please do not bring children under age 12 to your appointments. Neither our staff, nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive treatments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Late Policy: If you are more than 20 minutes late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit your appointment into the schedule and you may not be seen. If we cannot fit you in, there will be a $50 fee charged for the missed appointment.

Product Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened.

Fragrance Policy: Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any other scented product when coming in for an appointment. It is important to us to be able to accommodate staff and clientele who are sensitive to fragrance.

Concurrent Skincare Treatment Policy: For our Acne Specialist Treatments we do not allow other skin care treatments while you are being treated at JSAdvanced skin care & Spa. This includes treatments from outside Certified Acne Specialists.

Health Issues: • If you are prone to cold sores, please take an antiviral medication before your appointment. If you have a cold sore, please wait until it is healed before coming in for an appointment. (We cannot perform a treatment if you have a cold sore.) • It is our policy that we will not work on anyone who is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, or currently has an infection of any kind, for the health and wellness of our staff and other clients. We ask that if you have a cold, fever, the flu, infection, virus or feel as though one is coming on, please cancel and re-schedule your appointment. If you have a cold, infection, virus or similar illness, when you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to re-schedule your appointment.

Notice
When scheduling a service, please inform our receptionist if you are pregnant, have allergies, or any other health conditions.

Gift Certificates Available
Gift Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amounts (in increments of $25.00).
